1. Promoter
The promoter of this Offer is BorrowMyDoggy Ltd, 727–729 High Road, London, N12 0BP.
2. Eligibility
This Offer is open to UK residents aged 18 or over who receive a unique redemption link or code directly from ManyPets.
3. Offer Details
Eligible customers will receive one (1) free 12-month BorrowMyDoggy Premium membership, funded by ManyPets. There is no auto-renewal, and customers will not be asked for payment details when redeeming the Offer.
4. Redemption Mechanic
To redeem the Offer, customers must:
a) Click the unique link or enter the unique single-use code provided by ManyPets;
b) Create a BorrowMyDoggy account or log in;
c) Follow the on-screen steps to activate the Offer (payment screens will be skipped).
The Offer can only be redeemed once per customer account and once per household.
5. Offer Period
Promotion Period: 19 November 2025 – 17 January 2026
Code Validity: Codes must be redeemed within 60 days of creation and no later than 17 February 2026.
6. Exclusions
Codes are single-use, non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash, refund or credit alternative is available.
The Offer cannot be used with any other discount, promotion or trial.
Customers must meet BorrowMyDoggy’s standard age and usage requirements and agree to the BorrowMyDoggy Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
7. Volume Limits
Each customer may redeem one (1) Offer only.
8. Territory
The Offer is available to customers located in the United Kingdom only.
9. Fraud & Misuse
BorrowMyDoggy reserves the right to cancel or refuse redemption where fraudulent activity, misuse, or breach of these Terms and Conditions is suspected.
10. Changes to the Offer
BorrowMyDoggy may amend or withdraw the Offer if necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, but will honour all codes already successfully redeemed.
11. Final Decision
The decision of BorrowMyDoggy regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding.
12. Acceptance of Terms
By redeeming the Offer, customers are deemed to accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law, and users submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
